Eltnen PvP update

I found out that they've beefed up the home defense buff for Eltnen and Morheim areas. You'll notice asmo players have a harder time killing you when you're grinding in Eltnen and you'll also notice asmo players harder to kill if you rift into Morheim.

Personally I think the defense buff is too much as I killed 2 players near my level when running through quests. They'd have died much easier if they weren't a cleric and chanter taking turns healing the other. Not to mention I already found it very difficult to do my [spy] quests. Looks like I am going to need a party of 6 to get anything accomplished in there.

While I enjoy godmode as much as the next guy I think the buff is a bit much.
